I love Scrooged, a great take on realizing your faults and changing. As for kid friendly, we love watching Rudolph with our kids, shows that picking people out because they are different is wrong and everyone has a talent or need.

  2. Melody Gonser

I love Miracle on 34th Street. I love the goodness of the people. How even unbelievers can change. I love when Santa tells a mother where to find the best place to find the gift. The end is my favourite part, where they find his cane. Makes me all warm and fuzzy. Happy Holidays. Thank you

  3. Jennifer Taylor

I have so many favorites. Here are some of my favorites: Elf, Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, Home Alone 1 and 2. Mickey’s Christmas Carol.

I have loved Mickey’s Christmas Carol since I was a kid. My grandmother said I would watch it over and over all year. I still love it.

  4. Bube

I love Sleigh Bells in the Snow by Sarah Morgan, beautiful, emotional story who will touch your heart and put a smile on your face 🙂

    Thanks for the amazing giveaway!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays 🙂

  5. Sharon Greene

My favorite is It’s a Wonderful Life. I love Jimmy Stewart and he plays his role perfectly here. I really like the way they weave the past and present together and provide an alternative future showing what would have happened had he not been born. I never tire of this holiday classic!

  6. Teja K.

My favorite Christmas movie is Home Alone (1-3). I saw it probably too many times but it’s still funny.

  7. Eka Fony W

Home Alone… because it’s funny and sad seeing little Kevin is alone in a home on christmas.

  8. Sofia T.

I love a Christmas Carol! I used to watch it since I was 9 and it has become a fav of mine 🙂 Happy holidays!!!

  9. belindaegreen

You asked: What is your favorite Christmas book/Movie? And Why?

My fav movie is and will always be The Christmas Story. it’s been done and re-done many times but it’s still a wonderful story no matter who’s in the lead roles. I love when the ghosts come back and take him/her on a tour of his/her past, present and future. It just tugs at your heartstrings throughout the entire movie. Great movie.

    Thanks for the opportunity!

    Belinda G

  10. Leanna

TheHoliday I love Camero Diaz and Kate Winslet. I was so surprised that Jack Black was in a romantic comedy. I also love Rudolph!

  11. Beth Mills

Every year at this time I reread Rosamunde Pilcher’s Winter Solstice—a lovely, warm story of five unrelated people, all emotionally wounded, who come together in an old house in Scotland and find a way to help each other heal. Not expecting anything from the Christmas holiday, their caring and sharing creates a memorable holiday for all.

  12. Christine Woinich

Favorite Christmas movie is A Christmas Carol with Alistair Sim. I have loved this movie since I first saw it many years ago. His portrayal of Scrooge is wonderful, especially on Christmas morning with his giddiness. I love his seeming craziness.

  13. Tracy Marr

For romance, Susan Mallery’s Christmas on 4th Street. I just love Noelle’s story; she overcomes so much and has such a wonderful HEA. As a general story, I go to Van Dyke’s The Other Wise Man, which is sometimes an Easter Story.

  14. Selena Lee

My favorite Christmas movie is The Grinch because my boys always loved it when they were little and it brings us all back to good memories when we watch it together now.

  15. Judith Lattin

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all. My favorite Christmas holiday movie is White Christmas. And of course, for my favorite Christmas book it has to be The Night Before Christmas.

  16. Vicki Clevinger

I love a Christmas Carol because of the message it gives. I have to watch it every year.

  17. Sara S.

  25. ndluebke

I like them all pretty much but I do still have a fit of giggles during Home Alone when that darn spider comes out. lol So if it has a little bit of humor, it’s got me.

I love A Christmas Carol, the 1938 version. I’ve watched it since I was a child, and it’s the only version my husband likes.

  40. Emily Stemp

  53. AmandaS

One of my most favourite Christmas movies is National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. I love this movie because they are such a quirky family trying to enjoy the holidays while getting along with eccentric family members, and it just reminds me a little of my own family. We always have big Christmas get togethers and it wouldn’t be the holidays without some family drama =)
