An-Unlikely-Bride-for-the-BillionaireAn Unlikely Bride for the Billionaire by Michelle Douglas: Never judge a book by the cover, the story is always much more interesting.

Mia Maydew had a bit of a past, well maybe that’s an understatement, or maybe an over statement depending on who you are talking to. Mia just knew she couldn’t allow herself to really be happy or feel passion as that just wouldn’t end well for her. So instead she just wanted to hide away in the far reaches.

Dylan Fairweather may be a playboy, but he did work and work hard to build his company even though he was “just” a trust fund baby. He liked to see people happy and enjoying themselves. So when he saw Mia who was hiding within herself he knew he needed to help draw her out. What he didn’t realize was just how much she would draw him in.

This is a novel about learning there is always more to the story than meets the eye. As well as that things have a tendency to happen when you aren’t focused on them. Very well written and strongly structured this was a pleasure to read and the romance sweet and happens almost when you aren’t looking for it. There aren’t many surprises to the novel but is a great calm gentle read.
