Claimed for Makarov’s Baby is the first part in The Bond of Billionaires series by Sharon Claimed-for-Makarovs-Baby-The-Bond-of-Billionaires-1Kendrick. Dimitri Makarov’s former secretary is getting married, but instead of congratulating the happy couple, the masterful oligarch plans to stop the wedding… For he’s just discovered that the blushing bride is also mother to his secret son!

Erin Turner thought her luck was changing until Dimitri dispatches her convenient groom with his signature ruthlessness. But in other ways the high-flying businessman seems completely reformed from the disreputable bad boy she once knew.

Claimed for Makarov’s Baby by Sharon Kendrick is a well written romance with a well paced story and an enjoyable story-line.

The settings were beautiful and the trope of unexpected pregnancy was carried out really well. The characters however failed to impress me that much. There was not much to look forward to regarding their personality.

Dmitri is an alpha male who needs to get what he wants. He was too much of a domineering hero for me personally and would be loved by everyone who prefers dominating, alpha heroes. Erin was a smart heroine and I liked her at the start but after a point of time I felt she was giving in too much for Dmitri.

Overall, Claimed for Makarov’s Baby by Sharon Kendrick was an enjoyable romance but the characters failed to impress me.

Stop the wedding!

The chilling truth: whether it’s business, billions or bedding women, Dimitri doesn’t do anything by halves; he’s not just here to claim his child, but Erin as well!
