Another great book in the Camelot Series by Ruthie Knox. Flirting with Disaster will make you laugh, cry and it’s so hot you won’t be able to put it down.

FWDKatie Clark has been living in her brother Caleb’s house since she returned to Camelot after being left by her husband. He not only abandoned her with just a letter, he also took all their money from their bank and left her with only the business. She has done almost every job imaginable including being a bartender and now the secretary for Caleb’s security company. But she needs more and she wants to be out on the field and not only answering the phones.

Sean Owens ran away from Camelot as soon as he could. He never wanted to return to the place where his mother only concentrated on being perfect and having the perfect son and never wanted to face the truth about what Sean was going through. Instead of helping him, she made sure to tell everyone that he was shy and not to call on him, which just made him stay quieter, and his speech problem bigger. But now that his mother has died he has returned to Camelot, and with that so has his stutter, which is stronger whenever he gets nervous, and Katie Clark brings out all his stuttering when she is near him.

Now Sean and Katie must work together on a job where Judah Pratt, the client, specifically requested her to be part of the team. But things will not be easy for them for Katie cannot stand that Sean will never speak to her. He will speak to everyone but as soon as she is close enough to hear him he will just be mute and serious, which leads her to believe that he does not like her. But the attraction that she has been denying will make itself more known, as they have to spend so much time together, as well as his attraction towards her, which she at first believes that it’s only a pissing contest that he is doing to make sure that she doesn’t sleep with Judah.

Many challenges will await Sean and Katie as they try to bring down the walls that separate them and learn the real person hiding behind the façade they show to the world. All while trying to find the person sending threats to Judah.

You will have lots of fun in this new installment to the Camelot series by Ruthie Knox. There will be laughter, a little pain but also some hot scenes and that will leave you wanting more. So don’t miss Flirting with Disaster by Ruthie Knox

In the latest eBook original novel in Ruthie Knox’s scorching-hot Camelot series, a no-strings fling looks an awful lot like falling in love—or flirting with disaster.

Fresh out of a fiasco of a marriage, Katie Clark has retreated to her hometown to start over. The new Katie is sophisticated, cavalier, and hell-bent on kicking butt at her job in her brother’s security firm. But on her first assignment—digging up the truth about the stalker threatening a world-famous singer-songwriter—Katie must endure the silent treatment from a stern but sexy partner who doesn’t want her help . . . or her company.

Sean Owens knows that if he opens his mouth around Katie, she’ll instantly remember him as the geeky kid who sat behind her in high school. Silence is golden, but he can’t keep quiet forever, not with Katie stampeding through their investigation. It’s time for Sean to step up and take control of the case, and his decade-old crush. If he can break through Katie’s newfound independence, they just might find they make a perfect team—on the road, on the job, and in bed.
