Lassoed by Fortune by Marie Ferrarella: Julia Tierney, the small town girl who never had the chance to get away for school, instead sticking around to help her parents run their grocery store when her father got sick. She never LBFlost track of her dreams though. Julia always wanted to cook and when she sees the opportunity for a new restaurant in town she has to jump on it. The only problem is Liam.

Liam Jones small town boy who has been a ladies man since high school, and never quite understand Julia turning him down. She was after all the ONLY one who ever did that. Liam doesn’t want things to change though and is determined to fight this restaurant with all that he is worth.

Will Julia be able to change his mind and make him see that the restaurant will bring good things to the town? Will Liam make Julia understand that that status quo is good enough? Or will the fireworks between these two set the town aflame?

Ms. Ferrarella has definitely added a top-notch addition to this series. This is the third installment of the Fortunes of Horseback Hollow and with each one we get to know the “Fortune” Jones’ just a little bit better. The writing is fantastic and keeps the reader engaged throughout the entire story. While I felt for Julia throughout the entire novel, I admit Ms. Ferrarella even had me rooting for Liam at certain points. If you pick up this one you won’t be putting it down until you’ve finished it.
