The Dimitrakos Proposition by Lynne Graham: Tabby Glover will do anything to get Greek billionaire Acheron Dimitrakos to support her adoption claim over her best friend’s and his cousin’s small child. When he proposes a marriage of convenience to make her adoption claim more stronger and solve his inheritance problems–she is forced to say yes.

TDPTabby has no choice but to say yes because with her single status and low income, her adoption claim over her best friend’s child is a lost cause. Tabby can see that there is more to this proposition and this devastatingly handsome man than meets the eye. But as the thin veil between truth and lies is lifted, will this marriage become more than in name only?

‘You wanted me, hara mou…’ Acheron murmured with assurance as she walked away from him, blonde hair streaming down her back like a pale flowing river highlighting the curve of her bottom.
Tabby knew she should say nothing, but she couldn’t resist the little devil inside herself that he provoked and she turned her head again, succumbing to temptation to murmur softly, ‘But obviously…not enough.

The Dimitrakos Proposition by Lynne Graham is definitely one of the author’s better works in the recent times. Tabby is a feisty heroine but still vulnerable at heart. I liked how she stands up to Acheron most of the times and is not swayed or carried away by her attraction for him. Acheron is an arrogant alpha male who believes he can never be wrong. He was sexy, confident(sometimes too much ) and had a rough past which defined his present. He starts out as a jerk but he did manage to almost redeem himself in the end. The pace of the book was fast and there is never a dull moment in the book-especially when there is an entry of a certain evil character. There is also an epilogue which wraps up the book quite nicely in the end.

‘I do know that we are poles apart and that this arrangement will work most efficiently if we stick to the original agreement we made.’
Tabby’s tummy flipped as though she had gone down in a lift too fast, sheer strain locking her every muscle into tautness.
‘You should’ve kept your blasted hands off me!’ she slammed back.
Acheron flashed her a grim appraisal from his stunning golden eyes, and his mouth twisted sardonically. ‘Sadly, I couldn’t…

The Dimitrakos Proposition by Lynne Graham is a an exciting read and manages to come quite close to her previous wonderful books. Recommended for Lynne Graham fans and everyone who likes marriage of convenience romances.
