In The Flaw in Raffaele’s Revenge by Annie West, Italian Raffaele Petri needs reclusive The-Flaw-in-Raffaeles-Revengeresearcher Lily Nolan to see his revenge plans come to fruition. But the damaged beauty is feisty, argumentative and all too intriguing to be ignored!

Scarred as a child, Lily shut herself away from cruel prying eyes, so working for a man as breathtakingly handsome as Raffaele makes her own physical imperfections harder to bear. Until Raffaele’s kisses awaken the untouched woman inside.

As Raffaele’s retribution draws closer, Lily must use her newfound strength to help him release the torment eating at his soul. But will Raffaele risk his vengeance for her love?

The Flaw in Raffaele’s Revenge by Annie West is a well written romance which starts off really great and maintains a great pace.

Lily is a scarred heroine physically and this has led her to lead a very reclusive life, letting no one close. She is great at what she does and concentrates all her energy in her work as a researcher. Raffaele is the one who gives her the strength to move beyond the limitations she has set for herself due to her scar. He was an amazing hero and the perfect person for Lily because he gave her the respect and care she deserved. This would have been a stellar read if the end was not anti-climatic. The revenge aspect fizzles out in the end and it killed the mood for me personally. The romance is sweet, passionate and the awesome chemistry the couples share just makes it even more sweet.

Overall, The Flaw in Raffaele’s Revenge by Annie West is an enjoyable romance with characters who will win your heart easily.
