The Master: The Submissive Series by Tara Sue Me: Sasha has been a The-Mastermember of the BDSM community for years, but after a really bad experience she’s finally ready to reenter this world. She craves to experience the freedom, joy, and release of submitting again, so she has asked her good friends to help her find a Dominant she can trust. While Sasha has been drawn to Cole, she never expected that the group would select him to help her get over her fears.

Cole is a sexy, commanding, and very demanding Dom. He has quite the reputation amongst the subs in their group as he brings being a Dom to a whole new level. He’s very well aware of what happened to Sasha and he’s looking forward to bringing her back into this world.

“Either way works for me. But if you’re going to be home all day tomorrow, I have a new writing assignment for you.”
“I believe that’s called blackmail, Sir.”
“In that case, you can do the writing assignment no matter what you decide.”
Her eyes widened in shock. “You did that on purpose.”

It’s clear from the very beginning that Cole and Sasha have amazing chemistry. Cole has a very specific plan of action to really get into Sasha’s head and gain her total trust. Cole’s very clear and specific expectations, as well as his protective nature, help her to battle her fears and embrace submission again. But Sasha isn’t content to just go along with Cole’s plans. She wants Cole and begins to push for more.

“Now look what you went and did,” he said in a low and even voice when he could speak again. He let a finger trace her collarbone. “You just changed the rules. I certainly hope you’re prepared to handle the ramifications.”

The Master was an enthralling and sexy story that completely captured my attention. Tara Sue Me went beyond my expectations as she crafted a beautiful evolution of a strong, intelligent, and courageous woman in Sasha. Ms. Sue Me developed an engaging story featuring many key characters the series. The Master can be read as a standalone, but Sasha’s evolution will be more enjoyable if you’ve read at least the more recent books in the Submissive series. Fans of J. Kenner, R.K. Lilley, and Roni Loren will enjoy The Master.

Tara Sue Me’s New York Times bestselling Submissive series continues with a delicious new story that explores the thin line between pleasure and pain. . . .

She’s ready to try again. . . .

Sasha Blake is scarred from a BDSM session gone wrong, but she can’t deny how much a strong Master turns her on. Determined to overcome her fears and rejoin the Partners in Play community, she asks Abby and Nathaniel West to set her up with a Dom who can help her feel safe again as a sub. They know the very experienced Cole is exactly the kind of man who can push all of Sasha’s buttons—and she soon wants to go much faster than she had planned. . . .

Cole knows that Sasha is not the kind of submissive he needs. He wants someone who will serve him 24-7, not a part-time partner. Still, the further they go into their play, the more Cole begins to wish he could make Sasha his all the time. . . .
