The Wright Mistake by K.A. Linde: Julia is smart and she’s learned the hard way that depending on a man is a surefire way to heartbreak. She’s also creative, independent, unique, and fiery. She moved to Lubbock to start over years ago as a way to get space and distance from the mistakes of her past. She tends to be drawn to the bad boy type and Austin definitely fits that bill.

Austin is another one of the sexy Wright brothers. With his face, body, and money, he can have anyone he wants. He doesn’t do relationships outside of the serious commitment he has to alcohol and the sweet, sweet relief it brings. He can be charming and insightful, but those moments are often short-lived since there is usually a drink in his hand.

Austin and Julia together strike sparks. It may be two years since they broke up, but they always evoke strong feelings in each other whenever their paths cross. And they cross a lot since Julia works for Wright Construction, his family’s business, and her best friends are seriously dating his brothers. The attraction is as strong as ever and Austin enjoys getting a rise out of her.

“Okay, fine. I’ll go out with you.”
“You will?” I asked in disbelief.
“Yes. Under one stipulation.”
“What’s that?”
“No alcohol.”

Julia is shocked to find herself dating Austin again. He makes her feel more than anyone else does, whether it’s good or bad. They have a lot to work through between their individual baggage and their history together. Julia is understandably wary, but Austin can be very thoughtful. They support and complement each other when they aren’t fighting.

I reached for her hand, and she didn’t bite my head off when I took it.
“Oh, look, progress,” I muttered under my breath.
Her eyes shot to mine. “Don’t make me cut you.”
“Well, the last couple of times I’ve tried this, you almost did.”

The Wright Mistake is sexy, engaging, and surprising. K.A. Linde provided depth and emotion to the characters’ individuals struggles. Ms. Linde provided an entertaining and loyal cast in the Wright family. The Wright Mistake can be read as a standalone. Fans of Lorelei James, Jaci Burton, and Jeanette Murray will enjoy The Wright Mistake.

A new stand alone enemies-to-lovers romance by USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde…

I spent six weeks screwing Austin Wright’s brains out and all I got was this broken heart.

He can’t be trusted. Not with my body or my heart. Yet, two years have passed and I still crave him like an addict needing a fix.

The last time we tried this, it nearly ruined me. I know I should run and never look back. But his dark haunted eyes and razor blade smile speak to my soul. His touch sets my body on fire. And we all know what happens when you light gasoline. Someone is bound to get burned.

A second chance might destroy us both.

Because everyone knows two wrongs don’t make a Wright.
