What Happened to the Characters?

“In this traditionary way we learned that Miss Steele never succeeded in catching the Doctor; that Kitty Bennet was satisfactorily married to a clergyman near Pemberley, while Mary obtained nothing higher than one other uncle Philip’s clerks, and was content to be considered a star in the society of Meriton; that the ‘considerable sum’ given by Mrs Norris to  William Price was one pound; that Mr  Woodhouse survived his daughter’s marriage, and kept her and Mr Knightley from settling at Donwell, about two years; and that the letters placed by Frank Churchill before Jane Fairfax, which she swept away unread, contained the word ‘pardon’.”

My favorite Jane Austen books is Persuasion. I love Anne Elliot and really connect to her characher. She is down to earth and trys to take care of her family even though they treat her badly. I love the connection with Captain Wentworth and I am so happy that they got their HEA.

I adore Emma ! I like the title character a lot although she has stubborn and slightly bratty personality, and I think the romance is sweet an dirt is so funny to read all her blunders

Pride and Prejudice. I love how strong Elizabeth is, but at the same time you can tell that she is so uncertain about her feelings for Darcy.
