In our family, we still do stocking stuffers among the adults. Wherever you sit for Christmas Eve dinner is your place for Christmas Day Breakfast! We buy little things all year long.. little flashlights, goofy stuff, anything that makes you think of the family during the year. Such as, we like The Christmas Story, so when I saw the Leg Lamp as a night light… I knew I had to have it to give at Christmas… favorite candies, samples of cool stuff… anything fun!

We all ride the hayride to each portion of the story of Jesus, then have hot chocolate while the littles play on the slides and pet the animals in the petting zoo. What is your favorite Christmas / Holiday tradition(s)?

My kids are grown and have families and have started their own traditions. I live alone so I don’t do much in the way of decorations. I usually cook a dish to take to dinner with one of the kids. I guess that is the tradition now, I don’t host or cook big dinners anymore. I leave that to the kids!

It’s just fun being with family and having good conversation especially with the grandkids! They are a hoot!
