A-Christmas-to-Remember

Another great anthology for the holidays, each and every story is short, hot, fun and oh so sweet to read. Sorry but you have to read it to love it, so I’ll just give you a brief taste of each story.

Dream a Little Dream by Jill Shalvis

Dream a Little Dream by Jill Shalvis is about Ian O’Mallery and Melissa Mann. They are both in love, but Melissa has pushed Ian away because of her background. And even though she was the one to push him away she has not stopped loving him, but she won’t ruin his life. Only a near death experience will make her see the error of her ways, but she will have to do and use everything in her power to prove to Ian that she wants him back, and this time it’s forever. Rating: 4.5 Stars

Every Year by Kristen Ashley

Every Year by Kristen Ashley is a continuation of Own the Wind, in this story we get to see more of Shy and his brother Landon Cage, even though the story is mainly about Shy and Tabby. They get to have a wonderful Christmas as part of a family, something that they haven’t had since the death of their parents. But this time things will be a little different, Christmas with Tack and Tyra will bring a new feeling of family and tradition. (Be ready for some really hot scenes, so make sure you have something to cool you down) Rating: 4 Stars

Silent Night by Hope Ramsey

Silent Night by Hope Ramsey is about a mother of a 3-month old baby down on her luck. She is homeless, desperate and alone broken down on the side of the road. She hides out in an abandoned farmhouse, until the owner finds her out. A very handsome man who drives a BMW, which somehow doesn’t fit the farmhouse she is bunking in. He is only there after the passing of his parents to sell the old farmhouse. They are both alone and feeling lonely, and just a little miracle will make them see the opportunity of finding each other being together. Rating: 4 Stars

Have Yourself a Messy Little Christmas by Molly Cannon

Have Yourself a Messy Little Christmas by Molly Cannon is about Lincoln and Dinah. Dinah is a professional organizer, and when Lincoln’s mother decides that Lincoln’s life needs a little organizing she pushes Dinah through the door and into Lincoln’s life. Lincoln is a little upset about someone touching his stuff. But Christmas coming, the holiday spirit may just bring these two closer and more open to each other. Rating: 3.5 Stars

A Family for Christmas by Marilyn Pappano

A Family for Christmas by Marilyn Pappano is about Jared Conners and war widow Ilena. Ilena is used to spending Christmas alone, but when the new doctor comes to town, her secret Christmas wish may just come true. As they spend time together as a couple and with her son they start to get closer. There may just have been a little more need of time for the story to develop further, but a nice Christmas story nonetheless. Rating: 3.5 Stars

I have read Jill Shalvis snd Hope Ramsey but none of the others authors. These stories sound like the perfect read for a Saturday afternoon.

I read it. Wasn’t familiar with Kristen Ashley and not used to her writing style. Enjoyed the rest.
