A-Deal-with-Alejandro-Rival-Brothers-1In A Deal with Alejandro by Maya Blake, Alejandro Aguilar never mixes business with pleasure—but his newest employee, marketing guru Elise Jameson, is refreshingly different and irresistibly intoxicating. Working together on a high-octane multibillion-dollar merger, exhilaration gets the better of them…
But this Spaniard is still wrestling demons from his past and he sees betrayal everywhere, including in the eyes of his temptress Elise. So he fires her, destroying the business deal—and her heart. Until he realizes his mistake. Innocent Elise is the key to the merger, and she knows her price—but is Alejandro prepared to go all in?

A well written romance with likable and strong characters, A Deal with Alejandro by Maya Blake had me hooked till the last page. Alejandro has faced many betrayal many times and has a cynical view of the world. His past has made him wary and distrustful to a really great extent. He does mess up greatly with Elise but I thought his redemption was a beautiful thing. Elise is a strong, independent heroine who has her own issues with her parents. I loved how they both helped each other move on to a better future together. The romance was both passionate and emotional with a solid conflict. Overall, an enjoyable romance which I loved till and the end!
