Wrong Number, Right Guy by Elle Casey: Thinking she’s texting her sister, May has no wrong-number-right-guy-by-elle-caseyidea what she’s in for when she discovers it’s actually Ozzie, security specialist. After saving her from a gun-slinging killer, she’s brought back to his place and given a job for her photography and surveillance skills.

Now she has to find a way to fit into the group of badasses, including mega workouts, nearly being caught by criminals, and some of the best lobster she ever had made by the hottest man she has ever met.

“‘Yeah. I forgot to say good-bye.’
And then something crazy happens.
He reaches out and takes me by the waist, easily drawing me to him.
My lips part as his face gets closer and closer. I can’t breathe. I can’t talk. I can’t even think straight.
‘Good-bye,’ he whispers against my mouth, just before he presses his lips against mine.

While highly unlikely a situation, a portrait photographer being hired by apparently the best in the business, it’s a fun story. Both May and Ozzie are adorable, especially together, and their dogs are an even cuter couple.

I wouldn’t say there’s much development character or romance wise, but it’s fun. We get a small peak into the average woman entering a world she knows nothing about, and doing well in it. Plus, there’s a great community of people she works with. It’s definitely a series I’d like to read more into as we weave through everyone else’s love lives.

While there’s not much depth in the story, I recommend this story for anyone wanting a cute read.

When a mysterious text message summons May Wexler to a biker bar in downtown New Orleans, she knows something is very wrong. Her sister has sent out an SOS, but when May gets there, she’s nowhere to be found and May is the one in trouble—she’s wearing pink espadrilles, she’s got a Chihuahua in her purse, and she’s in the middle of a shootout.

After tall, muscular Ozzie comes to her rescue, May has no choice but to follow him to safety. At the headquarters of his private security firm, the Bourbon Street Boys, she finds a refuge for the night—and the offer of a job. But it’s not long before a gun-toting stalker isn’t the only complication in May’s life: the more time she spends with Ozzie, the less she can deny that they’ve got some serious chemistry. A wrong number got her into this mess…Will it also get her the right guy?
