Please share your favorite line(s) or quote from this book:
I love this part where the girls are skinny dipping in Lake Como. It captures a moment from youth you never forget.
“What would you wish for?” I asked.
Ava stood in front of us, facing the lake. The water lapped gently against the rocks. The moon beckoned like a wild goddess urging her to confess her secrets. I studied her profile, the pursed red lips, the fall of her silky dark hair, the smooth angle of cut cheekbone, all combining to reflect an eerie beauty that was its own gift to the world. She flung her head back and whispered something, bathed in shimmers of moonlight.
“Everything. More of…everything.”
Please share a few Fun facts about this book…
I had so much fun with researching on this book! First – the food! I used real restaurants and menus and there’s a feast of flavors as the girls eat their way through Lake Como. Also, Maddie is a fashion influencer so shopping plays a big part. I had a blast detailing what’s involved in being an influencer on social media, how she grows, and her shopping trips are legendary. When I was done writing, I had to fight the impulse to buy a fabulous outfit or shoes!
What first attracts your Hero to the Heroine and vice versa?
Maddie and Riggs were pure chemistry from the very start – and I fell so in love with their story from young teenagers to adulthood, and all the ups and downs in between. Their first meet at a bar is epic – the banter and attraction jumped off the page as I wrote it.
Did any scene have you blushing, crying or laughing while writing it? And Why?
I had to dig deep into the complications of female friendship and that brought up a lot of feelings. Here’s a snippet of Maddie’s POV which drove the book.
I knew right then and there, Ava and Chelsea had saved my life from the worst thing I’d been suffering from.
Loneliness.
No wonder I’d fallen so hard. Female friendships are like a first love affair—filled with wild joy, excitement, and passion.
Unfortunately, they can also turn and fan the flames of rage and jealousy. They can rip your heart out and steal a piece of your soul, so you spend the rest of your life looking for it to put back.
But I wasn’t at that point.
Not yet.
Readers should read this book….
Because it combines all the elements that make a story unforgettable: deep emotion, weddings, first love, female friendships, betrayal, and most of all…hope.

Best friends Ava, Madison, and Chelsea made a pact to reunite for each other’s weddings when their careers sent them in different directions. But after one of them makes a choice that tears the group apart, an upcoming wedding might be their last chance to heal old wounds.
Ava is about to marry the man she loves in a lavish ceremony on the shores of Lake Como, but she’s haunted by the mistakes she’s made.
Madison’s made a name for herself as an influencer in the fashion world but is threatened by a scandal impacting everything she holds dear.
And Chelsea has the perfect family she always craved, but her professional dreams have fallen by the wayside.
As they return to Italy’s gorgeous coast, the three women revisit their life-changing first trip to Lake Como during college. When Madison comes face-to-face with the college sweetheart who was at the heart of one of the most pivotal times of her life, can they forge a new way forward?

Yes. We rarely see each other since we live so far apart, but we do keep in touch. She was a steady friend in high school, after first mistaking my shyness for being stuck-up, accepting me as I was and getting me involved in things I enjoyed.
