In A D’Angelo Like No Other by Carole Mortimer, Fiery Eva Foster wants Michael D’Angelo to take responsibility for his actions. He left her sister alone and pregnant with twins. After the death of her sister, Eva tried her best to support the twins but due to financial constraints, she decides to remind Michael of his duties as a father.

ADLNOMichael D’Angelo may be the driving force behind the successful Archangel galleries, but it doesn’t mean he’s perfect…he lost his halo years ago! Yet when a delectable woman shows up in Paris, claiming he’s the father to twins, it’s one mistake Michael is certain he’s not responsible for.

A D’Angelo Like No Other by Carole Mortimer is the final book in The Devilish D’Angelos trilogy. It is a well written romance with a secret pregnancy trope. I liked the entertaining storyline and the Parisian setting. The story is written with both the main characters POV. Eva is a strong and feisty heroine who is at constant loggerheads with the hero from the start. Michael is a dedicated bachelor and a fitting hero for our feisty heroine. He is cautious and doesn’t take anything at face value.

The story hooks you from the start and there are enough turns to keep you interested. The main characters took a long time to get to the point sometimes and that was a little frustrating. I liked Eva overall but she was like a loose cannon sometimes and I wanted her to think before she spoke or did something.

Overall, A D’Angelo Like No Other is a fitting end to The Devilish D’Angelos trilogy. A well written storyline and an entertaining plot makes it story worth reading for all Carole Mortimer fans.
