Haunted Ever After by Juliet Madison: Sally Marsh was finally going to be married. It was time, she had been seeing Greg for two years, they had a home, were both settled into their careers, everything was going just as it should be. Well, that is until an invited guest shows up on her hen weekend. It’s hard to shake a ghost, “Red”. Red had a purpose though 22814485and she was determined to get Sally to see what she needed to see and yes turn over Sally’s entire life.

Sally will get her happily ever after, but will it be the one she had envisioned?

Ghosts showing up at a hen weekend? This made me nervous when I began this novel. However Ms. Madison was able to make this chick lit novel fun, light hearted and though yes a little far fetched almost believable.

Haunted Ever After is a quick moving story where the reader can easily connect and identify with Sally and her friends no matter how different everyone is. This is a story about relationships so the focus on descriptions really focuses on that, the descriptions of the places not so much. If you are looking for an airy, lighthearted chick lit read this is a novel for you.

Mixing romance, humour and a sparkle of magic, Juliet Madison is back with a new full-length novel about a bride-to-be, a mystery and the stripper next door.

When bride-to-be Sally Marsh attends a weekend away with her bridesmaids, the last thing she expects is an uninvited guest: the ghost of her fiancé’s ex-girlfriend.

Red is quirky, loud and distracting, and Sally is soon desperate to find the reason behind her presence, so she can rid herself of her embarrassing shadow before the wedding day. Unfortunately, the ghost is reluctant to share the reason for her existence, but very enthusiastic about Ty, the surprise hen’s night stripper who keeps showing up at awkward moments.

Time is running out for Sally, but it’s also running out for Red. By the time all is revealed, Sally will be tested to the limits, and go above and beyond everything she’s ever believed in order to ensure not only her own happy-ever-after – but Red’s as well.
