If you love a hot and sensual romance, The Wicked Bad by Karyn Gerrad is the book for you! The author’s writing style is fresh and descriptive. This is an emotional, good girl/bad boy story that will definitely cause you to shiver and gasp as you are reading. If you enjoy erotica with a meaningful story, this book is for you!

This book is about opposite attraction.

TWBNick Crocetti is the quintessential, very handsome bad boy. He is tall, rides a motorcycle, and wears black leather. Nick grew up in a loveless home, and ended up in Rockland, Maryland during his senior year of high school. At the time, he had nowhere else to go, so he was left in the care of his uncle, a man he barely knew because his parents disowned him. He was constantly getting into trouble. By the end of March of his senior year, he was serving a six-month prison sentence in Newark. After his release, he was able to find a job that paid well as a human collection agency. With all his savings, he returned to Rockland and opened a small bar in a somewhat seedy section of town.

Veronica (Ronnie) Barnes is the classic good girl. She grew up with her brother Tyler in a home filled with love, understanding and support. Upon graduating from college, she was hired as a business consultant and made a good living. Through work, Ronnie met William Fortesque Titus II, a very wealthy businessman and spent a glorious, sex-filled weekend with him in Las Vegas. They ended up getting married and fourteen weeks later they were divorced. Ronnie thought she had loved him and her heart was broken. It was then she decided to take the money from her divorce settlement, return to Rockland and live her dream of owning a bakery.

Nick and Ronnie knew of each other from high school, but they never had any interaction. Both felt the other was untouchable. Once they rediscover each other, the heat between them is frantic. Going slow is not an option. They cannot get enough of each other. Sparks igniting is not sufficient enough to describe the longing and lust they feel when they are together. Somewhere along the way, their various commitment and relationship issues disappear and they fall in love.

You will not go wrong reading this book.

Despite the mutual physical attraction – and a shared past – Nick and Veronica are wary of each other and have protective fences around their hearts.

Can they break down the barriers of past heartbreak, or is Veronica just a good girl who longs to rub against “the wicked bad”?
