REVIEW: A Billionaire After Dark by Katie Lane

A Billionaire After Dark by Katie Lane is filled with romance, appealing characters, and an entertaining storyline. After reading the first book in this series, I couldn’t wait to get my hands and eyes on this one and I’m happy to report that this book is just as enjoyable as the first one.

This book revolves around Nash Beaumont, who is known as the easy-going brother. Women flock to him wherever he goes, but that doesn’t stop him from hiring an escort. The interesting thing about the escort is that he doesn’t touch them. It’s all about control with Nash. He’s carrying some guilt and baggage from what happened in high school and now, when it comes to sex, he must control himself but Eden makes him want to lose control.

Eden is determined to write a story that will keep her on as a reporter but in order to do that she must pretend to be an escort. Her client ends up being none other than the panty billionaire. Eden doesn’t know what why Nash hires an escort then refuses to touch them, but she’s determined to find out.

“It was hard to think when being consumed by the big, bad wolf. And Nash Beaumont was the big, bad wolf.”

As Eden and Nash become closer, the story Eden is so desperate to write becomes less important. Nash and Eden are hot together and provide each other with something they were missing out on. The chemistry is instant, but as their relationship grows their feelings develop into something deep and meaningful. Nash is complicated and Eden is determined. Together they bring A Billionaire After Dark to life.

Katie Lane writes characters that I always enjoy reading about and I am eagerly waiting to read the next book in this series. I just know it’s going to be great. If you’re a fan of billionaire romances, this should be your next book!
