In Bound by His Desire by Nicole Flockton, Nick Rhodes has been burned before and has no plans on making a future with any woman, especially an employee. But his last assistant quit on him and left him in a tight spot right in the middle of one of the biggest deals. He needs a great assistant fast.
Pamela Bishop is efficient and determined to get things right. Beginning with her last task for Jasmine, her friend and employer, making her wedding run perfectly and without a hitch. But after that is done she needs to find a new job ASAP if she wants to keep her family home and get out of the debt incurred from her mother’s medical bills. So when she is told that she could be Nick Rhodes, the best man’s, assistant she is not sure that she wants to accept.
The chemistry between them is great, but neither of them wants to act on it. Pamela wants permanence and forever, and to keep the home that belonged to her mother and grandmother. And if she wants to keep it she needs to finds a new income that will help her get out of debt.
Pamela believes that her work will be straightforward and only business. But once they are in New York she soon finds out that she will have to attend events with Nick and act like she belongs. But the more time they spend together the tougher it is to keep things professional.
A few secrets kept will probably ruin everything for them unless they find a way to talk and realize what truly mattered in all their time together.
Bound by His Desire is a sweet and entertaining read, I could not put it down. I really liked both Nick and Pamela and how determined they are to fight for what they want. Even when they almost lost everything because of their stubbornness and determination. But as always true love wins in the end! I honestly can’t wait for Jeffrey’s story to find out what woman will win his heart.
If you want a sweet and heartwarming read, don’t miss Bound by His Desire by Nicole Flockton.

From Nicole Flockton, author of Bound by her Ring – the last thing he wants is an emotional attachment to his new assistant, but it might be the only thing he truly needs.
Nick Rhodes has been burned before, so when he hires a new assistant, he has one rule: no emotional attachments. On either side. Pamela Bishop is everything he needs in a professional colleague, and comes with an ironclad guarantee – she absolutely will not fall in love with him.
Pamela Bishop has only one goal in her new job: getting on top of the mountain of debts incurred through her mother’s medical expenses. Jeopardising this chance by falling in love with her arrogant, if handsome, employer is the last thing she would ever do.
But as the lure and romance of New York City surrounds them, and Pamela and Nick find themselves spending more and more time together, they can no longer ignore the attraction flaring between them.
Nick has always lived by his own rules – can he learn to break them in time to grab this one chance at happiness?
