Fly With Me by Chanel Cleeton: Jordan is in Vegas to celebrate her younger sister’s upcoming Fly-With-Mewedding to her ex-boyfriend. She’s happy for her sister, but she’s sick of always being the bridesmaid and constant questions about her single status. She loves her job where she co-owns a clothing boutique and she loves living close to her family.

Noah loves his job. There’s nothing better than flying F-16’s, although he’s sick of the Top Gun comparisons. He’s given his life to the military and is living the life he dreamed of, except that he’s lonely. He reluctantly joined his best friends and flight partners for a trip to the Vegas Strip. He’s looking for a more permanent relationship but his job makes that very difficult. Being a fighter pilot is a great line that ensures one night stand when the mood strikes and he’s definitely in the mood when he spots Jordan. She’s an intelligent, feisty bombshell who isn’t impressed by his job and makes him work for it.

“I’m guessing the fighter pilot thing gets you laid pretty often.”
God, I hoped it did the trick now. “It has its moments.”
Her brow rose, her voice taking on a distinctive purr. “And you think this is going to be one of those moments?”
I held her gaze, going for honesty when bravado failed me. “You tell me.”

Noah and Jordan have amazing chemistry that just about burns the pages. But their Vegas hookup feels like more. Long distance is always hard, but Noah’s military career is especially trying to a new relationship with last minute changes in schedules and assignments.

“Well, that makes it better, then.”
My eyes narrowed. “Are you mocking me?”
“Never.”
“‘Cause it seems like you’re mocking me.”
“I am honored to be relegated to a tale told to scare children.”

Fly With Me is a super-hot and emotional tale of when what happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas. Chanel Cleeton creates an engaging story and makes the realities of a military career very clear. Ms. Cleeton provides strong secondary characters that you want to get to know better. Fans of Jaci Burton, Rhonda Nelson, and Jeanette Murray will enjoy Fly With Me.
