Mansplainer by Avery Flynn: Even though his two cousins have fallen for the love bug, Nash is complete against the idea. He knows that he wants to win the bet and get their late grandmother’s gift. Even though the rules say he has to go on six dates set up by his cousins, he flips the bet on its head when he says that he is getting married and will date his new wife. In his mind, he’s solely helping out Chelle Finch with her late father’s will.
When Chelle Finch was propositioned by Nash, she couldn’t say no. She wants her family’s organization to stay out of her uncle’s hands and she has to get married to do so. When her jerk of an uncle crashes their impromptu nuptials and says some heinous things about her, the last thing she expects is for Nash to kiss her on the spot.

When a lusty flip is switched in both of them from their first kiss, they try to avoid those feelings. As they spend more time together, the simmering passion only grows. When they finally give in, they say it’s to get it out of their systems, but they find they like it more and more. As everyone around them questions what they are doing, they also have to figure it out before their planned time together is up.

Chelle Finch dealt with people putting her down most of her life, so she doesn’t question it when people do it. Nash throws her for a loop when he treats her the way he does. She has to overcome all of the voices in her head in order to move forward with her feelings for Nash.
Nash always has a way to fix things, and he likes to point it out. Being with Chelle, she continuously puts him in his place when he tries to mansplain things to others. He knows that he has everyone’s best interests at heart, but can he put aside his normal ways to understand how Chelle wants to be treated?

SUCH A GOOD SERIES! I read all three books, and I am obsessed. I really liked how each of them differed. I liked seeing where the characters are at in each book since they are recurring and I think this book was a great final chapter for the series.

Publication: June 27, 2022 | Entangled: Amara | Last Man Standing #3

As the only Beckett cousin who is still unattached, I’m a shoo-in to win the bet with my cousins to be the last man blissfully not in love by Christmas. Of course, I know they’re still going to make me follow the rules of our bet and go on six dates with the same woman—but I’ve figured out a way out of that too. I’m getting married. Is it love? Not even close. Chelle Finch needs a temporary husband and I need to win this bet. We agree to put a ring on it knowing that in six months this marriage of convenience will end in divorce. Except, somehow dating my wife has me realizing that I don’t ever want to take this ring off if it means losing her.

What does the guy who can talk his way out of anything have to do to sweet talk his temporary wife into forever?
