In The Prince and the Midwife by Robin Gianna, Gabriella Cain prides herself on the The-Prince-and-the-Midwife-The-Hollywood-Hills-Clinicexemplary service she provides to her celebrity moms-to-be. So she certainly doesn’t appreciate Dr. Rafael Moreno suddenly taking over her department…even if he is royalty—and gorgeous!

But distrust soon turns to secrets shared as irresistible Rafe proves dangerously easy to fall for. With a painful past behind her, can Gabriella dare hope for a fairy-tale ending with her prince?

A well written fairy tale romance addition to the Hollywood Hills Clinic series, The Prince and the Midwife kept me hooked from the start.

Gabriella is dedicated to her job and takes great pride and joy in what she does for countless moms to be. I loved how determined and strong she was but still had a hint of vulnerability, she kept well hidden. She had an emotional baggage due to a tragedy in her past and was unable to move on from the same. I loved how Rafael helped her move on and gave her all the happiness she deserved. As a hero, Rafael was perfect because he was confident, assured and so sexy. I loved how he had a deeper layer than the scandals he was embroiled in.

The romance is sexy, emotional and passionate with some really great moments. Their banter was entertaining and sparks flew whenever they came together. Overall, The Prince and the Midwife by Robin Gianna is an enjoyable romance which I loved every moment off!
