REVIEW: The Sarantos Baby Bargain by Olivia Gates

The Sarantos Baby Bargain by Olivia Gates: Naomi Sinclair wanted nothing more than to get on with her life. There had been so much sadness lately a romance with someone larger than life that ended in divorce, her sister and her brother in law’s deaths. She did have one bright spot in her life though, Dora, her niece and the daughter she had carried in her womb for 9 months.

Andreas Sarantos was a very rich man. He didn’t do blondes, families or anyone close to him, at least not publicly. That’s why his first marriage ended in divorce, or really that and the secrets that bound him to be so private. Then things changed, the secrets no longer mattered and he was granted custody of his ex wife’s niece.

When Andreas and Naomi ever got together the chemistry was off the charts. Even after the divorce and the deaths and pain between them it was still the same, fireworks. What happens though when secrets are revealed and there is a third player in their love, Dora? Can who they are today get them through the pain of the past and once they work through their issues will one final secret destroy everything that they have worked so hard for?

This book is part of a larger series about the Sarantos family but can certainly be read as a stand alone. Ms. Gates will have you tearing your hair out trying to deal with Andreas, but she certainly has the clueless man down to a “T” while there is a part of you rooting for him to finally get it I admit to spending a decent amount of time rooting for Naomi to hold out until he did. The story overall is fantastic but does get a bit choppy in the end, I felt like Ms. Gates tried to cut out a few pages and just was unable to get things to fit back like she had wanted them. That being said I still think it was a good story with great character work ups and design.
