Triplets Under the Tree by Kat Cantrell: True love is out there, just never give up on your dreams. It may be scary but somehow someway there is a plan.
Caitlyn Hopewell knew all about picking yourself up and moving forward. She had been a surrogate for her sister and her husband, the man she was shamefully in love with. Then she was told they were dead in a plane crash, and then she had their twins. So much happened in just under two years. How was she ever supposed to pick up and move forward?
Antonio Cavallari wasn’t sure who he was. All he knew was fighting and then with one hit he had a flash of Malibu and he just knew he needed to get out there and find his identity. After all he had worked so hard after coming out of the coma. The problem was once he got there he was only getting snippets.
When Antonio shows up on Caitlyn’s door it’s like the dead have come back to life. How is she supposed to handle her crush, her dead sister’s husband and the father of her children? Not to mention it’s Christmas time and she is realizing she may still be in love with him?
Ms. Cantrell has certainly spun a pretty amazing amnesia story with this one. You can’t really beat babies, fighters, and a blushing virgin to make a story catch your attention. The way she tells this story though is really what keeps you going. She manages to keep your attention throughout the entire story and make you really want their happy ending, so much so that when the final twist comes you better hope nothing breakable is within reach because it will end up broken… This is definitely something to keep you involved throughout your entire reading.
