REVIEW: What to Do with a Bad Boy by Marie Harte

What to Do with a Bad Boy by Marie Harte is the fourth and final installment in the McCauley Brothers Series. I am truly sad to see this series come to an end. I have fallen in love with each and every one of these wonderful characters. I have been looking forward to Mike’s book since book one and I can truly say that Marie Harte gave us a beautiful ending to a wonderful series.

Mike McCauley has had is once in a lifetime love. Believing that McCauley’s love once, with the death of his wife Lea, Mike knows that he will never love the way he loved her. Happy to raise his son Colin, and trying to avoid his mother’s hook-ups with neighbors and friends who are too similar to his dead wife, why is he attracted to Del Webster, the tattooed grease monkey who is the polar opposite of everything Lea was.

Del Webster has had a tough life. Raised by a loving father and step brother, always on the poor side, but works hard and is proud of the life that she has made for herself. She has friends in the women that live next door to Mike McCauley, she loves his son, but is still on the fence when it comes to this wicked attraction that seems to sizzle between them whenever they are in the room together.

Deciding to give it a go, have a little fun, nothing too serious, Mike and Del are HOT together. But when a freak accident forces Mike to face his past, face his fears, and face his feelings, he needs to move fast before Del slips through his fingers for good.

All I can say about Mike and Del is WOW! They burn up the pages of this book and almost melted my e-reader. Their chemistry is wicked. I loved Beth McCauley, Mike’s mom, who is always trying to throw women in Mike’s path, hoping that he will get past is grief and find life again. And then there is little Colin, working with Brody, Flynn, Cam, and Del’s Brother, JT, to get these two lovebirds together. The book made me laugh, made me cry and at times made me want to take a cold shower.

I would HIGHLY recommend this book, this series to anyone that wants a hot, sexy, series, with humorous banter, hot brothers, smart women, and a wonderful HEA over and over and over again. I give this book 5 smoldering stars.
