Wish Upon a Wedding by LuAnn McLane: Sophia has been attracted to local handyman Avery since arriving in town, but she didn’t want to get involved when she had no plans to stay. The more time they spend together, the harder it is to fight their feelings. They have great chemistry and just fit as a couple. They also see another couple close to them finally acting on their attraction after decades of friendship as an example of making the most of life.

Carrie Ann reached for a bottle of champagne and handed it to her. “Take this with you and drink as needed.”
Sophia gave her a small grin. “Does it say that on the bottle?”
“No, it’s my personal suggestion. This is my third glass and it’s just what the doctor ordered.”
