A Cat Cafe Christmas by Codi Gary: After her no good scamming fraud of an ex boyfriend blow up both her heart and her life, all veterinarian Kara wants to do is ensure that her the cute little nonprofit Meow and Fur Cafe is a success and that she is able to find the perfect forever homes for all of her fur babies. But with her savings running dry and the cafe in need of a bit of publicity she has no choice but to accept the help of marketing guru Ben if she wants to keep the doors open past the holidays. So what if Ben is a bit bossy, annoying and kind of cute, the guy can barely manage fostering a cute little kitten there is absolutely no way he will be able to worm his way into Kara’s heart… right?

Christmas romance? Check. Opposites attract? Check. And loads of super cute kitties? Double check!! A Cat Cafe Christmas was just the book for me, this super cute romcom had me hooked right from the very first chapter when we meet Kara with her cat on a leash. The thing that I really enjoyed about this book was the fact at the core of it this was a feel good read. This was just the light cute fun filled romcom read for the festive season and I loved ever moment of it!

I just loved our two main characters; Kara and Ben could not be cuter and their less than great first meeting only made me love this couple all the more. I really enjoyed getting to see both characters grow and open themselves up and moving past their past relationship woes as the story progressed. The chemistry between Ben and Kara was just perfect, they really worked the entire opposites attract trope with all of that banter. More than anything I loved the way Chaos changed Ben, it was just heart melting getting to see this little ball of fur worm its way into Ben’s heart!

As much as I loved all the human characters, it was the furry ones that really stole my heart in this book. I just adored the fact that each chapter started with a bit about a different cat, this was super cute and helped connect the cats as we came across them in the book. If you are looking for a cute second chance romance with tons of adorable kitties then A Cat Cafe Christmas is definitely the book for you!
