A Convenient Ring to Claim Her is Dani Collins third dramatic instalment of the Four Weddings and a Baby series.
Firstly, can we applaud the glorious Harlequin Presents cover. An absolutely stunner. What a irresistible capture of Micah and Quinn, the hero and heroine of A Convenient Ring to Claim Her.
Micah, the staunch, beautifully groomed, no nonsense brother of Eden (book 2) is incandescent with anger when Quinn, Eden’s best friend, reveals their secret affair to everyone I’ve grown to love during the Four Weddings and a Baby series. Can’t spoil why this occurs because it’s part of a huge reveal in book 2 but what a brilliant way to start an adventure of a lifetime.
Out it all comes, Quinn and Micah’s history, their perspectives of the drama surrounding them and how their individual pasts could potentially ruin their love of each other. Quinn is Micah’s quiet obsession and he would love it to stop. Their affair was two years old and despite living well away from each other, they found once it started, no one else mattered.
Quinn is a tough cookie. There’s more than one occasion Micah made me realise he’d like he’d like to be more than just Quinn’s secret friend with benefits. Unfortunately Quinn’s past makes her feel like she doesn’t belong to anyone or anything and it hinders her and Micah’s relationship. Be still my beating heart when Micah told Quinn that one day they’d need to make a decision. But once she see’s what Micah see’s she’ll realise she’s the answer to his dreams.
Micah and Quinn are familiar characters to me because I’ve been following the series but it’s absolutely fine as a read alone. I loved the flashbacks, I felt they really added to build the picture of how Micah and Quinn grew together. I loved how human Micah was and he really made the story for me. The drama from the fall out to Quinn’s accident, from stunning locations to vulnerable hearts… I adored this story. I love the feels that Dani Collins evokes in me with her writing and I am so, so pleased Micah and Quinn eventually find their happy ever after.

Life has taught orphan Quinn Harper to trust only herself. So, whilst her secret fling with billionaire Micah Gould was her first taste of passion, it wasn’t supposed to last forever. Although it gets harder and harder to pull herself away from his bed…
The abominable actions of Micah’s father have left a permanent mark. Love isn’t in his future. Then his relationship with Quinn is suddenly exposed and, in Berlin, a new possibility presents itself. Quinn could be the convenient bride Micah needs…but can he be what she deserves?
