A Shot of Sin (Vault of Sin #1) by Eden Summers: Shay Porter was confident in herself and with herself. She was a darn good bartender and she knew she could attract the right kind of male attention. There was one man though she wasn’t too sure about, and there were some problems with that, two major ones. The first problem was he was throwing out all sorts of mixed signals. The second problem, he was one of her bosses.
Leo Petrova had been burned by women before. Most women just couldn’t take the lifestyle he led and he wasn’t able to change who he was or even what he did. So he focused on his bar and the club that he and his two best friends ran. For now that was enough. Or at least it was until Shay came onto staff.
When push comes to shove and Shay is asked to bartend at the club, which means explaining to Shay about the club, everything hits the fan; just not the way Leo expected. What will happen to the employer/employee relationship? Will Shay be able to handle the club or the special relationship that Leo and his two best friends have? Or will knowledge send this feisty gal running?
If you haven’t read Ms. Summers before A Shot of Sin is an amazing book to start with. It is so hot it might just burn the pages of the book up! It is the first in a series about the Vault of Sin club and has set things up beautifully to learn more about three men who have been hurt but if this novel lends to prediction how they will find a woman to help heal them. The details are amazing and lend to great visualization of walking into a place like the vault. The interactions are more than just words, but are physical and emotional as well and lend to growing attached to this story.
A Shot of Sin is definitely a must read for anyone who likes heat, powerful women and strong men.

Throw back a shot of pure pleasure.
Leo Petrova is between a rock and the hard place in his pants. Shot of Sin, the night club he owns with his two best friends, is short one bartender downstairs. The only available replacement is the upstairs bar manager—the one woman Leo knows he can’t take downstairs, can’t have, can’t touch. The one time he gave in to temptation convinced Leo that Shay’s no match for his sexual demands.
Only a select few know Shot of Sin’s guilty secret, that beneath the packed dance floor lies a very private sex club—the Vault. The place Leo can let his sexual proclivities run wild.
Shay Porter is curious as to why her boss, the king of mixed messages, seems almost desperate to keep her from discovering what’s on the other side of the guarded door at the back of the club.
Sliding out of her comfort zone and into Leo’s arms risks everything. Their friendship, the Vault, and most of all, their hearts.
Warning: This sex club does not carry the government’s stamp of approval. Contains devilish debauchery, delightful deviance, and dancing on the edge of the darkest of sexual desires.

It is incredibly hot! The only problem, she leaves you wanting more… though it’s not a cliffhanger, it’s more about wanting to know more about the friends…
