A Story Like Ours by Robin Huber: Lucy and Sam are finally back together, the way they were meant to be. While their second chance at love feels so right, it doesn’t come without any scars or issues. Lucy and Sam are used to being on their own and making their own decisions. They definitely support each other, but they have to work to find a way to balance their own careers and their new relationship.

“A private island?” I peek up at Sam between my hands.
“Come on, Lamb. Come away from me.” He reaches for my face and says softly, “Let’s go to paradise and leave everything else behind for a while. Catch up on the last ten years.”

“You know, for somebody who beats people up for a living, you’re pretty sweet. And sensitive.”

Robin Huber continued to develop the characters and relationships throughout the story where they never forgot their past. Ms. Huber keeps you engaged through surprises that you’ll love and those that you’ll hate. A Story Like Ours is the second book in the Love Story Duet.
