Accidental Attachment by Max Monroe: For anyone looking in awarding winning author Brooke should for all accounts be living her best life, not only is she a best seller but she just signed a deal with Netflix to turn her books into movies! All she has to do now is deliver her next bestseller that her publishers are desperately awaiting… to bad Brooke seems to have the biggest case of writers block! Well that’s not entirely true, Brooke has been writing a steamy little romance inspired by her new hot editor Chase.

With her deadline looming Brooke has no choice but to turn in her less than amazing original book… the only problem being she accidentally attached the wrong book, even worse Chase absolutely loves the new book! He loves it so much so that he is willing to stake his career on it becoming a hit! Which is how Brooke finds herself in a motorhome going cross-country doing a promo-tour with Chase for the new book… things could not get anymore awkward, right?

LOVED!! Accidental Attachment was an absolute delight to read! I loved every single moment of Brooke and Chase’s silly cute romance. I am sure a huge fan of Max Monroe, these two ladies always deliver the goods when it comes to incredibly addictive romcoms and this time they just knocked it out if the park with this low drama super cute forced proximity office romance.

I just adored Brooke! Gosh our girl was really just a cute hot mess, I loved her quirky, silly nature. I have to say I really loved that she was such a relatable leading lady with her insecurities and fumbles. One of the things that I really loved about Brooke was her relationship with Benji her service dog, their little convocations were just the cutest. Now for our hunky book editor Chase, well he was just a total sweetheart. There was nothing that I did not love about our hero, not only was he a great guy but his passion for his job really came through. I loved how invested and passionate he was about Brooke and her books. His unwavering support for her only made me love him all the more.

I just loved the fact that this was a low drama, low angst read, Max Monroe really delivered a sweet, cute and fun read with Brooke and Chase. I really liked their connection and the bond that they formed while traveling together, but more than this I loved that both of them secretly wanted the other all along. Though I will say that their journey to happily ever after was a bit slow burn but with the chemistry flowing between them it was so worth the wait.

This book had some excellent side characters starting with the cutest of them all our hero service dog Benji. This cute doggo was one of the best parts of this book, I loved that he had so much of personality and that he really was a hero that saved Brooke so many times. Now I have to take a moment to mention Chase’s sister Maureen, well she was just a hoot! I loved her to bit, for a supporting characters she added so much of life and spark to the book, I just loved her over the top zeal.

Accidental Attachment was the perfect cute read with loveable characters that kept you wanting more. This is definitely a MUST read!

A successful writer accidentally sends her new (and super-dreamy) editor the wrong manuscript. Instead of the full-length paranormal novel she promised Longstrand Publishing, she sends the fan fiction she’s written about her crush…on him—including every detail of the hot, steamy “physical activity” she’s fantasized about happening between them.

And Chase Dawson may be the hottest man alive and a super-talented editor to boot, but he’s completely oblivious that he’s the star of the manuscript he just convinced his boss to green-light.

Brooke Baker has been through a lot in her thirty-one years of life.

A divorce.
A career change.
A move to New York City from “small-town” Ohio.
Not to mention, she has a bit of a medical condition that involves occasional fainting spells, mild embarrassment, and the companionship of her adorable service dog and canine sidekick, Benji.

But none of it has prepared her for this.

None of it prepared her for Chase Dawson.

Strong jaw, blue eyes, cut muscles, and a perfect swoop of superhero-worthy black hair, Chase’s features are those of a book boyfriend and then some. Obviously, Brooke would know—she literally filled an entire manuscript with it.

A manuscript no one was ever supposed to see.

Will she survive two months of revising and editing the sizzling romance she imagined with Chase in extremely close quarters with him? Or will the constant white lies and overwhelming attraction make her spontaneously combust?
