In All Fired Up (DreamMakers #1) by Vivian Arend and Elle Kennedy, Parker is a former Ranger who has moved onto something completely different and unexpected as a civilian! Along with his friends Jack and Dean, they have founded the successful DreamMakers company. Essentially an event planner for those men who just can’t do it, whether it’s a date or a party!

AFUWhen they are hired to plan a special night for Phil and his girlfriend Lynn, none of them can like him, and all of them feel sympathy for the woman he’s with. But business is business and they set out to do a little reconnaissance to find out more about Lynn (because Phil knows nothing!). The moment he sees Lynn, Parker is enchanted and hot for her! Business can’t be mixed with pleasure though, especially not in their business – even if just seeing Lynn is a sweet torture for Parker.

Suddenly though, Lynn is no longer business when she finally sees Phil for who he really is and dumps him. A hot and steamy ‘chance’ encounter one night makes Lynn wonder just what she’s missing, and when she loses her inhibitions she feels better than she has in a long time! When Parker wants to get to know Lynn much better, and wants her for himself, Lynn is very pleasantly surprised. Parker hasn’t told Lynn everything though – when she finds out can Lynn forgive his omission? To add to Lynn’s heart ache, her ex just can’t let go…will it be too late for her and Parker when Phil goes too far?

All Fired Up is a unique, entertaining, and very hot read!! Vivian and Elle have written flawlessly together and really keep the pace of All Fired Up fast and fantastic! The chemistry between Lynn and Parker is immediate, and I really like how they are open and don’t shy away from things. Parker brings out a side of her Lynn didn’t realize she had in her, but it’s one she likes! The relationship between Parker and Lynn is fun to watch grow, and I loved seeing Lynn’s character evolve. They are both strong, very like-able people.

I love the uniqueness of what Parker and his friends are doing and how they treat each job just as they would a mission just as they would in a military. The dialogue between the three friends is priceless! I really enjoyed the way Elle and Vivian brought in all the guy’s points of views to All Fired Up. These secondary characters, along with the office manager and Lynn’s friend Suz add a lot of pizazz to All Fired Up, and I can’t wait to read more about them!

If you are a romance reader looking for an entertaining, explicitly sexy read you’ll really enjoy All Fired Up!

He’s ready to lead the way

Parker Wilson never thought he’d go from battle-hardened soldier to romance expert, but after his stint in the Rangers, that’s exactly what happened. As the owner of DreamMakers Inc., he helps other men win in the love department, using every resource available to plan the perfect date. When a routine recon turns into an unexpected night of passion, Parker’s mission becomes more personal—and he won’t give up until Lynn Davidson is all his.

She’s more than willing to follow

Lynn is a goner from the moment she lays eyes on the delectable Parker. She’s just ditched her boring almost-boyfriend and is tired of sticking to the straight and narrow. It’s time to walk on the wild side, and what better way than in the arms of the most irresistible man she’s ever met? But when their red-hot affair is threatened, it’ll take a team effort to make their dreams come true.
