Beauty & Her Billionaire Boss by Barbara Wallace: Paris is not a town to be lonely in, Beauty-and-Her-Billionaire-Bossis it? It’s the city of lights and the city for lovers.

Piper Rush is just an American girl who struggled but through hard work, dedication and her sister’s love she managed to make it to Paris and live her dream, a French Culinary program. The only problem is now that she is her, living her dream she is wondering if this really is her dream. It’s made a little harder by watching her employer and seeing more about what it’s like to be lonely.

Frederic Lafontaine knew he was going to be alone. He had made that decision many years ago. Now though he was rich, he was a professor and he was doing things that he loved he knew his life was changing. He was going blind. He was also starting to notice his housekeeper, after 8 months of her working there. Now he began to see things a little differently.

When you start to see things differently will it change how you think of things? Add in an adventure that takes you out of the country, who knows what you will begin to see.

Ms. Wallace takes us back to the visit the Rush sisters in this novel, which though can be read as a standalone works much better as the second in the series. The story is well thought out and heavy on the emotional upheavals of a long-term illness. This is a romantic story complete with the overcoming of personal issues and the heart wrenching life changing decisions that need to be made.

Her Billionaire Boss  by Barbara Wallace is a slower paced read, but will leave you gooey at the end and skillfully brings to both of the books of the series to a beautiful conclusion.
