Bridesmaid Undercover by Meghan Quinn: Everly could not be more thrilled to be the one in charge of heading up the Bridesmaid for Hire program at Magical Moments by Maggie, determined to make this very niche market flourish under her watch Everly really has to make a good impressing on her first big assignment, working with hottie billionaire Hardy Hopper, who also happens to be one of their investors. Well Hardy needs a bit of help with attending his friends up coming nuptials, the catch however is Hardy has an extra assignment for Everly… you see his ex girlfriend is going to be there as the maid of honour, opposite his role as best man, and Hardy really wants Everly to help him win her back. Now the only problem with this is the tiny little crush that Everly has on Hardy, despite this Everly is determined to prove her professionalism as both a bridesmaid but also as matchmaker! Well this plan seemed a lot easier in theory seeing as the more time Everly and Hardy spend to getting the more her little crush seems to evolve into some real feelings, but even with Hardy realising that he clicks more with Everly than his ex, is risking it really worth it?

I loved the first book in this series, so to say that I had been eagerly awaiting the follow up would be an understatement and let me just tell you the wait was so worth it! I just adored everything about Bridesmaid Undercover, we had already been introduced to both Hardy and Everly in the first book and this time round these two truly get to shine. It was so easy to get swept up in their little fluxmance turned real, with how much chemistry they shared. Quinn truly has a knack for writing the most engaging and hilarious romcoms out there, it is so easy just to get lost in one of her books and not realize how much of time has past, and I for one love this about her books.

Everly was such an easy to love leading lady, not only was she a genuinely nice person but she was hilarious. I really loved how hard working and ambitious she was, she knew what she wanted and she was not afraid to put in the work to achieve her goals. I also liked the fact that she was a bit quirky but owned her quirks. She was the kind of leading lady that I wouldn’t mind calling a friend. Now for our hero well, Hardy had swoon and charm for days. This guy knew that he was gold and he worked his charm but in the most non showy way. I really liked seeing our hero make such a fool out of himself but being able to see the humour in himself. He was genuinely a good sport and I could not help but love him for this.

The chemistry between Hardy and Everly was just magical. These two might have had a slow burn romance but gosh was the build up just worth the wait. I really enjoyed getting to see their friendship grow into something a lot more heartfelt and meaningful. I will say there were a few moments that I did feel a bit bad for Everly hiding her crush but our girl got the guy in the end so it all worked out. One thing about this couple that I loved was how isync with each other they were, they just clicked and their banter only proved how perfect for each other they truly were. I loved the moment that Hardy realised that his attention was no longer remotely focused on winning Maple back but squarely on Everly. Truly these two had me cracked up more times than I can even count, there were so many laughs in this book! Though I think it would be safe to say the zoo stakeout would have to take the top spot for most hilarious moment ever!

I have to say this book had some of the best supporting characters out there! We got to see so many familiar faces and I just loved all the memories that came back with them. I have to take a moment to appreciate JP Cane, gosh I didn’t think I could love this character and his passion for pigeons any more than I already did but did he prove me wrong! JP was at it again only this time his new love for flamingos took centre stage, truly he has to be Quinns best character ever! I really liked the connection that he formed with Hardy and the guidance that he provided.

I absolutely adored reading Bridesmaid Undercover, this book had heart, humour and a touch of drama, the perfect romcom combination if you ask me and a total must read!
