I love a dramatic opening, especially one where a wedding is halted! In this case it’s the groom Hunter who is stopped in his tracks by the cutest but angriest elderly gentleman. Being accused of abandoning his child in-front of hundreds of guests starts the loveliest story of Amelia, Hunter and little Peyton. After spending a wonderful night together, Peyton is conceived but Hunter rejects any contact so he misses out on learning about his daughter. When Amelia’s wiley Dad tracks Hunter down (brilliant story, Dani) Hunter whisks into protection and damage control.
I love Dani Collin’s stories. The humour , adventure, characters and love is always enjoyable. The Cinderella’s Secret Baby is no different. I loved Hunter and Amelia’s chemistry. The introduction of the characters of future book was very well done. I loved Amelia’s Dad. Hunter’s road blocks were beautifully outlaid and of course, the path to his and Amelia’s happy ever after was interesting, vibrant and enjoyable.
I’m very much looking forward to the next instalments which I have read the excerpts from on Dani Collin’s website and they are 100!!!
