Crowned for the Prince’s Heir by Sharon Kendrick is a well written standalone book on the secret pregnancy trope with a predictable but enjoyable story-line. It was fast paced with all the elements a Presents is known for.

The romance was passionate with good scenes and had a good amount of emotional quotient too. Lisa is an independent and stubborn heroine who does not give in without a fight. Luc is an alpha and a supremely confident hero who is not used to being disobeyed. He was arrogant, intense and direct in a really sexy way. Both the characters have to clear their misunderstandings before they get their happily ever afters and their conflict is well portrayed.

Overall, an enjoyable romance which would be loved by the author’s fans and anyone who likes this trope.
