For Never & Always by Helena Greer: Levi is not the same guy that he was the day that he left Carrigan Inn, after getting to explore the world, find himself and really grow into a man, he is home to win back the love his life, Hannah. Only problem being Hannah really wants nothing to do with him anymore, well nothing other than for him to sell her his shares for the Inn.

So when the opportunity to try to win Hannah back presents itself Levi jumps at the chance, even if that means he needs to dare her into going on five dates with him. Its all really simple he will agree to stay on and cook for a celebrity wedding that will help get Carrigan Inn some extra publicity, if Hannah agrees to go on five dates with him to try and work out their past issues… what could possibly go wrong?

For Never and Always was an interesing read, with two great main characters that had a good amount of growth. I will say that even thought the storyline and writing was great, I couldn’t help but feel that the actually story got drawn out a bit too long, I also found that there was a lot going on with both Hannah and Levi which got a bit overwhelming. Though I will say that I loved that they both put in the work to making this second chance love story work.

I liked that we got to see Levi try to figure out his sexuality and that he was open with Hannah the entire time. More than this I loved the fact that he knew he had messed up by leaving her and he actively tried to earn her trust and love again. As for our leading lady, well Hannah was easy to like. She was relatable and proud of her curvy body. As far as the build up of Levi and Hannah’s relationship goes, well I think there could have been more, I’m not sure what was missing but I couldn’t help but feel that there was something missing in their story.

I will say that one of the things that I did like about this book was how inclusive it was. There were queer characters, characters that were dealing with mental health issues and a strong message of body positivity. All in all For Never and Always was a decent read, this low angst, second chance love story is worth checking out.
