In For the Sake of Their Son (The Alpha Brotherhood #4) by Catherine Mann, Formula One race car driver Elliot Starc discovers he has a son from his best friend Lucy Ann when he is kidnapped from his best friend’s bachelor party. He has not talked to Lucy for eleven months 18168579after misunderstandings drove them apart and now he has discovered he has an infant son from the single night of passion they shared.

Elliot wants a second chance. The chance to become the father he never had. The chance for best friends to become something more. But can Lucy Ann forgive the mistakes he’s made and trust that he wants more than a marriage for the sake of their son?

For the Sake of Their Son by Catherine Mann is definitely one of Catherine’ Mann’s best novel because of great writing and lots of drama. Right from the start the way Elliot gets to know about his son to the finish, the story had enough interesting turns to keep me hooked. The chemistry between the characters was so amazing and the fact that they were childhood best friends made their love story more believable..Though I did not like Elliot in the beginning for abandoning Lucy after their night together, I warmed up to him eventually because he was willing to undo the mistakes he made with Lucy for the sake of their son, Lucy too was a perfect match for Elliot because she stood up to him and was an amazing mother.

Overall, For the Sake of Their Son by Catherine Mann is captivating read that keeps you hooked to the end. Recommend for Catherine Mann fans and for anyone who loves the friends to lovers trope.
