Josie’s talented and passionate about writing, but she wasn’t always comfortable owning her success or putting herself out there. I loved watching her regain some of that spark and become more confident in both her writing and herself. And then there’s Tyson. 😍 He absolutely brings the billionaire energy, but what I liked most was everything underneath it. He’s confident and successful, but with Josie he’s incredibly attentive.

The chemistry between Josie and Tyson was exactly what I wanted from this romance. I loved how quickly he became her biggest distraction, but also how much he genuinely supported her. He was confident and completely gone for her, but there was a tenderness to the way he showed up for Josie that made the perfect book boyfriend. And watching their attraction turn into something deeper while she was trying to turn him into inspiration for her book was so much fun.

LONG STORY SHORT was such a fun combination of heat, romance, and a heroine finding her confidence again. I loved watching Josie rediscover her creative spark while Tyson quietly became the person cheering her on, showing up for her, and making it impossible not to fall for him right alongside her. Add in the Hamptons setting, the slow-burn chemistry, and a certain very memorable cat (mouse), and this was such a fun addition to Pembroke Hills.
