Olivero’s Outrageous Proposal by Kate Walker is a well written romance which ticked all the right boxes for me personally. A marriage of convenience romance with a revenge twist thrown in is my favourite type of romance.

Dario is a commanding hero who is hell bent on revenge and is using Alyse for the same. He does not do commitment or deep emotions and therefore a marriage of convenience is all that he needs from the heroine. His character grows on the reader as the story progresses and I liked him overall. Alyse starts as an insecure heroine who is forced to marry Dario to pay off her father debts. She is a likable heroine and I loved her because of her sweet, caring nature.

There is a villain too! and it definitely adds more spice to the story. The romance is enjoyable because it has the right combination of passion and emotions. If you are fan of Kate Walker and the Presents Series then I am sure you are gonna love this book!
