One Baby Daddy by Meghan Quinn: Hayden is a young star in the NHL, but after losing in the playoffs he takes out some of his frustration in a press conference. He decides to take some time to visit a friend and get some distance from how his season ended. For being so young, he has a really good head on his shoulders and he isn’t a playboy.

Adalyn grew up quite sheltered with seven older brothers, so she is very much enjoying her life being single. She has a great group of friends and she enjoys being a nurse, despite the stress of working in a hospital. She’s sassy, independent, and not looking for a relationship yet.

Hayden has no plans for the summer besides working out, fulfilling obligations, and spending time with his friends. But he’s immediately intrigued when Adalyn challenges him. He’s drawn to the feisty beauty and makes sure to pursue her in spite of warnings to stay away from their mutual friend. He’s only in town for the short term before the next season starts.

“Way to call a guy out.”
“Just keeping you on your toes. Can’t make you believe I’m an easy catch.”
“Nah, we couldn’t have that at all, could we? You’ve got to play hard to get.”
“Exactly.”

Hayden is a true gentleman. He woos and pursues Adalyn until they are spending just about all of their time together. He’s thoughtful and generous. Everything seems great in their little bubble, but reality intrudes when Adalyn unexpectedly gets pregnant and the season is about to start. Hayden has to up his game and go all in to convince Adalyn what they have is the real deal.

“Maybe you should try harder.” He holds the door to the car open for me, a giant smile on his face.
“Try harder?” I raise an eyebrow at him. “Yeah, okay. Be careful what you wish for there, Holmes. I’m feisty, and you just tested me.”

One Baby Daddy is a new adult sports romance. Meghan Quinn created an endearing hero in Hayden who will capture readers interest. Ms. Quinn had banter, heat, tension, and loads of anticipation. Fans of Sidney Halston and L.P. Dover will enjoy One Baby Daddy.

“What are you doing now that your team is out of the running for the Stanley Cup?”

Forget.

I need to forget. I need an escape.

Only one person isn’t falling for my reputation as the NHL’s Golden Boy; she captured my attention the minute she called me out for snooping through my best friend’s house. She didn’t want to hear my reason — she only wanted to playfully give me a hard time.

Adalyn is bold, sassy— and the perfect escape.

She’s everywhere. In town and in my dreams, and suddenly I need to spend every waking moment with her.

And I do, making this summer the best off-season I’ve ever had.

But in the midst of getting lost in Adalyn, what I don’t expect is to get her pregnant.

And what I definitely don’t expect is having to fight for her affection.
