So This Is Christmas by Jenny Holiday: Management Consultant Cara Delaney hated to leave her 
family during Thanksgiving, but she has no choice when the other consultant who is scheduled to go is injured. Her job requires her to travel a lot, which she enjoys but she wants to make a partner eventually and travel less. Her company was hired to consult the king of Eldovia and improve the country’s finances. Except she butts heads with the king’s assistant, the traditional Matteo Benz.
Matteo loves his country and the traditions the people of Eldovia have celebrated year after year. He has always been proud of serving the king, but he does not believe they need the help of an outside consultant. He hates change and fears Cara’s plans will include laying off workers whose families have a long history of specialized professions. Can innovation and traditions merge to fulfill everyone’s wishes?
So This is Christmas is the third book in A Princess for Christmas series, though I had no trouble reading it as a standalone. The beginning was a little slow and it took a while for me to get into, but once I got to the second half of the book it picked up. The characters were charming, especially the side characters of Eldovia. This was a sweet holiday opposites-attract romance, and I loved all the festive settings of the book.
