Strangers in Love by Claudia Y. Burgoa: The last thing that Pria should be doing is taking on the job to help reform the image of party boy rockstar Jacob Decker. After the way they parted ways and all the hurt feeling the last thing she needs is to be working closely with him of all people. However Pria needs to the money and well it would seem that fate just wants to keep throwing them back together, only this time Pria is wiser and more guarded, but what happens when glimpses of the boy she loved start to pop up and she begins to learn about all the scars that Jacob has been hiding all this time? Could these two actually have a chance at a happily ever after?

Strangers In Love was just everything that I could have asked for and more. Burgoa has well and truly out done herself with this emotionally moving second chance love story. After all the tragedy and heart break that both Jacob and Pria had faced I was not sure if these two would actually be able to make a come back but gosh was their second chance just beautiful.

I loved getting to see them in this chapter of their lives and that even though they had this new layer of tension running between them their passion and desire for each other still burned bright. More than anything I loved that Pria was so confident in herself and stood her ground even when times got tough. As for Jacob well he just broke my heart, gosh this guy really was something. I will say that I really liked the way the turned things around.

There is absolutely no question that these two are meant to be together, even after going through so much they still ‘twinkle’ when they are together. I loved getting to see the softer more touching moments that they shared and getting to see them opening up to each other again. I just loved the way this book ended and that these two really do get an ending that will melt your heart.

This book is sure to have you tearing up in more than a few places all while leaving you feeling warm and content at the end! I would highly recommend reading the Somehow Everlasting Duet!
