Strings Attached by Stephanie Julian: Trudeau is a bit of a workaholic. She left home Strings-Attachedwith the dream of working in Hollywood and she’s succeeded. She loves working for ManDown Films and she’s found new friends once her boss moved them to Philadelphia. Tru is ruthlessly organized and exceedingly competent.

Sebastian has been trying to get his life back together after an accidental overdose that almost cost him his life. Since his overdose, he’s pushed away his best friends and band. He’s feeling better and getting the chance to score an upcoming film for ManDown has provided a much needed artistic outlet since he’s not performing.

From the very beginning, Tru and Baz have rubbed each other the wrong way. It’s a common occurrence for them to fight whenever they happen to be in the same room. Baz takes every opportunity to ruffle Tru’s steady composure as he loves to get a reaction from her.

“I am going to take a walk. I may be gone five minutes. I may be gone an hour. If I don’t return by tomorrow morning, you very well might be on your own, and then God help you both.”
With that said, Tru turned on her heel and stalked down the hall.
The front door was in sight. She had her hands on the knob when she heard two little words.
“Drama queen.”

But their fights have really just masked an attraction that neither was ready to act on. Tru has a plan for her life and a sexy, tattooed rock star with a demanding touring schedule doesn’t fit into her plans. When Baz finally takes a chance and acts on their chemistry, both are blown away and left confused by what comes next.

“You don’t have one damn clue what I think.” He stood, and her eyes followed him all the way up. “So I’m going to give you hint.”
Once again, she saw him coming and did nothing to stop him. And this time, since she knew what to expect, she also knew how much she wanted it.

With a much needed push from their friends, Baz and Tru finally start dating. While they are very different, both have a great work ethic. Tru calms him, which also allows for Baz to make more progress in creating new music.

Strings Attached is a sexy, engaging opposites attract story that I didn’t want to put down. Stephanie Julian created a well-written story with a fantastic cast of characters. Ms. Julian wrote really engaging and humorous interactions between all of the characters. Fans of Olivia Cunning and Kim Karr will enjoy Strings Attached.

The first novel in a steamy spin-off series from the national bestselling author of the Salon Games novels…

On the surface, Sebastian “Baz” Valenti is a rock god with the lifestyle to match. With his drop-dead gorgeous looks and his band, Baseline Sins, at the top of the charts, he can have any woman he wants. But the constant touring and recording has taken its toll. Now he’s turned to scoring films, a gig that has introduced him to the one woman he really wants but can’t have…

Trudeau Morrison is all business all the time. As the managing director of ManDown Films, it’s her job to keep Baz focused on business too. It’s not an easy task, considering Baz has made no secret of his desire for her. But Tru doesn’t want to get involved with a rock star, even if he is the hottest man she’s ever met.

Trouble is, once Baz gets an erotic taste of Tru, he’s not going to give her up. Now he just has to show her that rock-steady is nothing compared to rock and roll…
