Sugar and Spice by Kimberly Kincaid is part of the Pine Mountain Series, the book that kicks off a wonder, funny and super special series. This is the story of Pete and Lily.

Lily is a great decorator with limited space as she is forced to make all of her amazing creations in her own kitchen. Then the opportunity of lifetime falls in her lap, Pine Mountain Resort is having a Christmas Cookie competition, and the prize money to the winner will help Lily open her own bakery. What she does not count on is that hot and sexy Pete would be her competition.

Pete works his magic in a restaurant making delicious desserts and wanting nothing more than replace the pastry chef in the city who is rumored to be leaving. Entering and winning the Christmas Cookie competition will be a big boost to his resume. What he does not count on is the shy, firey Lily with her big eyes and meticulous notes.

As the competition gets underway, they do not anticipate the fans seeing sparks flying between them. It gets pretty hot in and out of the kitchen, but there can only be one winner, but will they be able to win at the most important competition, the game of love?

Amazing read to get you in the Christmas mood.
