Text Wars: May the Text be With You … by Whitney Dineen & Melanie Summers: Seraphina Lopez loves all things astrological so much so that she has even created a lifestyle app called “Live for Your Star Sign”. With her app creating quite the buzz Seraphina is thrilled to join the Morning Show to talk a bit about her new app and hopefully give her business a good positive push the last thing that she was expecting was to have a run in with a cocky astrophysicist that thinks astrology is a joke. Who knew their very apparent dislike for each other would be such a hit with the views?

Dr.Ben Williams is super stoked about his new job in NASA, who wouldn’t want to be part of the team trying to find the next Earth? The only catch being that he is also responsible for being the face of the entire project which means going on talk shows and getting the entire public on board with this new venture. This is exactly how Ben finds himself butting heads with airy fairy astrology loving Seraphina. What was supposed to be a quick interview explaining his new project so turns into him having to host a regular show with non other than Seraphina. However things truly take an interesting turn with a trip to Florida with a major mix up sets these two star lovers on a new course.

Oh this was pure reading gold! I loved ever single second of this hilarious romcom. Right from their first unfortunate meeting Seraphina and Ben had me in stitches, I mean really who wouldn’t laugh at the Dr Banana Pants snafu?

These two just played into their opposites roles to perfection, with Seraphina being the more pushy outspoken one and with Ben being the more shy studious character. I loved Seraphina and that she was so passionate about her business and about the stars, personally I love all those star sign quizzes so this was definitely right up my alley. As for Ben, how can you not love this guy? I loved the way he rolled with the punches and kind of stepped out of his shell.

I liked that this was a bit of a slow burn romance and that they were still trying to feel each other out but one thing is sure their chemistry was top notch. Another thing I have to mention is that Text Wars was packed with so many nifty little facts about astrology and astronomy that you will actually learn a few new things.

Dineen and Summers truly are the dream team when it comes to these cute and quirky romcoms, I absolutely adored reading The Text God and now love Text Wars to bits. Text Wars is an absolute must read for any and all Big Bang Theory fans, you will instantly love both of these two characters and all their zany antics.

May the text be with you…

Seraphina Lopez is not your typical airy-fairy astrology fanatic. First and foremost, she’s a businesswoman who happens to have a fascination with the stars. Her lifestyle app, “Live for Your Star Sign” is blowing up, and when she’s asked to be a guest on New York’s most watched Morning Show, she knows the exposure will launch her app into the stratosphere.

Astrophysicist Ben Williams just landed his dream job at NASA’s Goddard Institute, Not only is he heading a multi-disciplinary team in search of habitable exo-planets, he’s also been tapped to be the spokesman for the project. While he’d much rather be crunching the numbers to pinpoint the location of Earth II, he also has to sell the concept to the American public.

When Seraphina and Ben meet on the set of the Morning Show, sparks fly! Sera is there to show viewers how to dress for their star sign. Ben is there in the name of science. Their explosive chemistry sets records for the network’s viewing audience. As such they’re asked to host a regular segment–together.

Ben and Sera hate each other so much, they resort to texting instead of talking when they’re off air (and sometimes on). Yet somewhere in the haze of dislike, they start to realize they have more in common than they thought possible. Is love written in the stars or will it burn up on impact?
