The Pact by Max Monroe: Not everything that happens in Vegas necessarily stays in Vegas and really lets be honest this time its for the best. When Flynn Winslow agreed to going for his brother Jude’s bachelor party weekend in Vegas he already knew that with his knucklehead brothers there is sure to be loads if drunken drama, he just never expected this trip to change his life in such a big way. However there was just something about the overly excited blonde  at the slots that caught his attention and when he found her in a tizzy Flynn couldn’t help himself but offer up a solution to her problems. After all how where better than Vegas for a shotgun wedding?

“There will be a night, though. One wild, unexpected night in a seemingly predictable life where you, my sweet boy, will make a pact with a stranger from which there will be great consequence.”

Daisy has finally landed her dream job of staging houses for one of the best realtor firms in The States so its safe to say that she is living her best life that is until she realises that she has forgotten to renew her work visa and is now facing possible deportation back to Canada. With her entire world falling down around her Daisy does the something very unexpected and agrees to the crazy impulsive plan of a complete stranger, after all what other choice does she have but to marry Flynn? However the last thing Daisy expected was to have to shack up with her new husband to help make their relationship look legit for immigrations, much less to start to actually fall for the guy and his crazy family. But when the reality of everything comes crashing down will Daisy run or will Flynn be able to convince her to stay?

“God, Daisy. Do not fall in love with your contractually bound, marriage-pact husband.”

Max Monroe have always been an all time favorite of mine, this dynamic duo always cracks out a brilliantly swoony read that has you invested right until the end! The Winslow brothers keep getting better and better, as a fan of the arranged marriage trope this book was right up my alley and then some! In true Max Monroe fashion we get a good dose of laugh out loud family banter, loads of steam and an oh so sweet ending.

“Truth is, I’m starting to think certain parts of me might never forget Daisy.”

Daisy was such a cute character to follow, I loved that she was so over the top vibrant and that she could ramble for days on end! She was the perfect balance for the silent and stoic Flynn. These two made quite the pair and gosh did they have chemistry for days! I have to say that I loved how naturally they fell into married life. I really like how easily Daisy fitted in with the rest of the Winslow clan. I have to mention Daisy’s awkwardly hilarious first family dinner, oh this was just comic gold and the Flynn’s nonchalant attitude made it even more hilarious!

“The truth is, I think I fell in love with Daisy the first moment I saw her. Some part of me offered to save her because, deep down, I knew she’d save me.”

Right from Gotta Have Fate I knew that following the Winslow brothers fall in love would be absolute magic and I can safely tell you that Flynn has stolen my heart with his silent broodiness. I absolutely loved the connection that Flynn and Daisy had and that she brought out a more talkative side to him. Even though he came across as this silent broody biker guy Flynn was a complete softie, I loved the relationship that he shared with his family and that they always played such a major role in his life. As for his relationship with Daisy, gosh this was just one bundle of steamy goodness! I really liked how naturally they fitted together and that he knew just how to calm her down.

The secondary characters in this book were amazing, how can they not be when you are talking about the Winslow clan? I absolutely loved that family played such a huge role in this book and that Daisy fitted in so perfect with all of their crazy. I really liked the relationship that Flynn had with his brothers and their hilarious text threads. I absolutely can not wait to get my hands on Ty’s story in The Secret, knowing Ty it is sure to be a howler!

The Pact was the perfect fake turned real romance with the combination of swoony sweet and laugh out loud moments. You will absolutely love following Flynn and Daisy as they fall in love for real.

“I need a ride,” I said to a sexy stranger on a Harley.

Three hours later? A six-foot-tall Marilyn Monroe was officiating our Vegas wedding at the Happy Chapel.

But it’s not love—it’s business—a marriage pact made out of desperation so my career doesn’t go up in flames.

Sure, Flynn Winslow is a hot, broody, mysterious man that women all over the globe would sell their souls to land for real, but I have my eyes on the prize and our marriage arrangement will end in three months with no strings attached.

Right?

Or will it all go out the window when I have to move in with Mr. Mysterious and our fake marriage starts to feel remarkably real?

I wish it were as easy as telling myself, Do not fall in love with your fake husband, Daisy, but apparently, when feelings get involved, not everything that happens in Vegas knows how to stay in Vegas.
