In The Ruthless Greek’s Return by Sharon Kendrick,Loukas Sarantos’s recent procurement means he can finally take revenge on Jessica Cartwright, the only woman to ever walk away from him.
As the face of Loukas’s new luxury jewelry company, formerly out-of-his-league Jessica now has to answer to him and he will relish every second of having her under his control! But as the embers of their former fire reignite, Loukas begins to realize Jessica may be the most precious jewel in his possession.
This was a well written romance on the revenge/second chance trope. Loukas and Jessica have a history and share an awesome chemistry which makes the reader believe in their story. The plot is nothing new but the wonderful narration and writing set it apart.Loukas is an alpha male who is cynical thanks to Jessica’s rejection years ago.He is a self made man and is determined to make Jessica pay for her rejection. I understood his bitter feelings but he was too much on the bossy side for me to like him that much.If you like over the top alpha heroes then you will definitely like him.Jessica is a nice heroine and I liked how she did not give up after an accident finished her tennis career. She redeems herself well and gives in to Loukas eventually. Both the characters had a problem in expressing their love for each other because they both were very private persons but I loved how well it worked out for both of them.
Overall,An enjoyable romance which would be enjoyed by all the author’s fans.

Thanks for the review, Ipshita. It sounds interesting because the hero has the rags to riches story…so to speak. LOL
