The Surprise Conti Child by Tara Pammi is a well written one night stand pregnancy romance with likable characters and a nice story line.

Leandro has shouldered responsibility from an early age and his sense of duty is very strong. He follows the rules everywhere and his control is legendary but Alexis defies every logic and he breaks his own ironclad rules quite easily for her. I always love when heroes like Leandro loose control so deliciously and therefore I loved the way he chased Alexis and did everything he could to get back his family.

Alexis is a strong heroine who does her best to meet her parents expectations. She is a protective mother and would do anything for her daughter. I liked that she did not easily accept Leandro back  and made him realize how everything could not move according to his plans.

The romance was intense and enjoyable because I loved the chemistry between the main characters. The pacing could be improved and the end could have been a little less rushed. Overall, The Surprise Conti Child by Tara Pammi is an enjoyable romance which would be liked by anyone who loves this trope.
